Job Overview

Atmos Australia and New Zealand is a tech-driven company leading in cyber resilience, seeking an experienced Financial Leader to join our finance team.

This role offers a great opportunity for someone with management accounting experience who is ready to lead a team and grow into a Finance Manager position.

The selected candidate will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), assisting in improving financial operations, reporting, and forecasting to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and financial statements.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Internal Controls and Process Improvement: Maintain and improve internal financial controls and processes.
  • Support strategic planning and business case development.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
  • Lead or contribute to finance-related projects and system improvements.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Team Development and Leadership: Mentor junior finance staff and support team development.
  • Manage payroll and weekly payment runs.
