Contract Administrator Role

 

About the Job Title:

This is an opportunity to work as a Contract Administrator in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for overseeing estimators' takeoffs, reviewing contracts and scopes, managing sub-contractor financials, procuring packages, and tracking project costs.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Estimators' Takeoffs
  • Reviewing Contracts and Scopes
  • Managing Sub-Contractor Financials
  • Procurement and Letting of Packages
  • Tracking Project Costs

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction management, hold a relevant qualification such as Construction Management or QS, and possess strong analytical skills.
