Imagine yourself in a role where you make a real impact on the built environment. As a Commercial Account Manager, you'll be working closely with architects, designers, and contractors to bring high-quality flooring solutions to life.

This individual will cover accounts in Charlotte Metro, and have the flexibility to build relationships across multiple industries, helping to create durable, functional, and inspiring spaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working with customers to select appropriate products that fit within their design criteria, budget and time frame
  • Traveling daily throughout assigned area to call on existing customers and prospect new customers to solicit business
  • Managing projects from inception to completion, including identifying opportunity, product selection, specification, order placement, delivery coordination, installation oversight, punch walk/ claim coordination (if necessary), and communication of maintenance program

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 + years sales experience
  • Living in Charlotte required

Preferred qualifications include experience calling on A&D + End Use Channels.
