Sales Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator to join our team at ABN Group. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing and creating sales estimates, post-contract variations, and fixed-price house and land packages.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring sales estimates meet building codes, energy efficiency requirements, developer guidelines, and local authority requirements
- Identifying solutions to achieve customer design requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate calculations of site costs
- Ensuring margins meet company benchmarks
- Providing quality, accurate, consistent, and complete quotations and costings
- Assessing new sales for compliance with company standards and policies
- Providing advice and clarification to stakeholders
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Estimator who is eager to further their career in the residential building industry. Ideally, you will have a proven ability in a similar estimating position and possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous sales estimating experience
- Desirable tertiary building and construction qualifications
- A proven ability in reading and interpreting architectural working drawings, engineering, soil reports, and specifications
- An excellent understanding of residential construction methods
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
