About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accommodation Coordinator. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating reception and check-in/check-out processes for onsite accommodation.

  • Coordinate reception and check-in/check-out processes for onsite accommodation
  • Support daily housekeeping, laundry, linen, and cleaning operations
  • Manage guest bookings, fees, and communication with booking agents
  • Handle maintenance requests via our integrated system (CMMS)
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to manage work orders and services
  • Oversee inventory and condition of accommodation rooms and supplies
  • Respond to soft services issues such as pest control, land management, and room defects
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and policies
  • Support the Facilities Manager with administrative and operational tasks

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in customer service, reception, or facilities administration. You should possess high attention to detail and strong coordination skills, as well as the ability to work independently and respond quickly to client needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS) are also essential.
