About the Job

  • Coordinate reception and check-in/check-out processes for onsite accommodation">
  • Support daily housekeeping, laundry, linen, and cleaning operations">
  • Manage guest bookings, fees, and communication with booking agents">
  • Handle maintenance requests via our system (CMMS)">
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to manage work orders and services">
  • Oversee inventory and condition of accommodation rooms and supplies">
  • Respond to soft services issues such as pest control, land management, and room defects">
  • Ensure compliance with WHS policies and systems">
  • Support the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks">

Your Key Qualifications

">
  • Experience in customer service, reception, or facilities administration">
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills">
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to client needs">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS)">
  • Certificate III in Customer Service or Administration (desired)">
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills">
