Facilities Management Role Opportunity
">This is a 6-month contract with potential for ongoing employment or redeployment within our business.
">You will be the primary point of contact for onsite reception, accommodation services, and soft services requests. This role involves administration, coordination, phone support, and working closely with guests, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless onsite experience.
">About the Job
">- Coordinate reception and check-in/check-out processes for onsite accommodation">
- Support daily housekeeping, laundry, linen, and cleaning operations">
- Manage guest bookings, fees, and communication with booking agents">
- Handle maintenance requests via our system (CMMS)">
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to manage work orders and services">
- Oversee inventory and condition of accommodation rooms and supplies">
- Respond to soft services issues such as pest control, land management, and room defects">
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and systems">
- Support the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks">
Your Key Qualifications
">- Experience in customer service, reception, or facilities administration">
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills">
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to client needs">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with maintenance systems (e.g., CMMS)">
- Certificate III in Customer Service or Administration (desired)">
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills">
