Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Community Lead Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a small team of staff who case manage different cohorts of offenders under supervision with our organization.

In this role, you will oversee work practices to ensure performance and practice are consistent and of a high-quality standard. You will also be a member of the regional senior management team and benefit from professional development opportunities in more senior roles.
