Job Overview

This role supports a team of dedicated and passionate employees who provide in-home care services. As the Service Delivery Team Leader, you will provide coaching, leadership, and direction to the achieve exceptional customer service for elderly customers.

You will ensure employees are developed through recruitment, induction, buddy runs, and support safety and well-being initiatives. You will mentor your team, drive positive change, ensure compliance, and innovate to deliver exceptional outcomes.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be a frontline leader with high-level interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate across all levels.

About the Role

  • Leadership experience (25+ people) in call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • Experience in Community/Aged Care industry preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and performance managing frontline teams.
  • Previous recruitment experience desired but not essential.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and initiative skills.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills under pressure.
  • Passion for compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Leadership and Training desirable.
