Job Title: IT Onsite Professional

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in IT, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers.

  • Experience in operating system, application and hardware installation and troubleshooting, depending on project requirements
  • Mobile devices and networking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting and repairing desktops, printers, laptops and other computer peripherals, as well as desktop applications.
  • Strong understanding of ticket logging tools and knowledge of the ticket handling process according to priority.
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts, with the ability to perform smart hand activities under instruction-based activities at sites.
  • Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Skilled in desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows O/S.
  • Experience with anti-spyware and anti-virus software.
  • Some knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
  • Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi-port data termination panels, all under 'Smart Hands' capability.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time.
