An exciting opportunity has become available for an onsite Consultant to manage the casual staff of a large national client.

Your role will include:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationship with internal stakeholders
- Liasiing with internal stakeholders for all recruitment needs
- Rostering and general administrative tasks.
- Conduct Toolbox talks and manage the safety of onsite casuals

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Customer service orientated
- Deadline driven
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Flexibility to work with in a dynamic, service driven and fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of WorkDesk would be highly advantageous.

Successful applicants must have the ability to work autonomously, while supported by the Victorian and national Team, be self motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, be able to think outside the square to solve a challenge, however the key to your success will be your exceptional customer relationship management skills.

An ability to be flexible with start and finish times would be desirable, as no two days are ever the same.
