The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality swimming lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels in Cumberland City.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to individual needs and learning styles, maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance, and ensuring effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements
  • A current Swim Instructor qualification or willingness to complete the course
  • A valid Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • A Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
