As a strategic Implementation & Activation Associate, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional implementation plans and activation strategies for clients. This entails collaborating closely with internal teams to establish strong relationships with media partners, foster deep trust, and cultivate understanding.

The successful candidate will have a clear comprehension of the scope of services provided by their clients and the process for delivering high-quality work above expectations. They will nurture trusted relationships with clients at various levels, recommending proactive tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.

This role demands innovation and creativity, leveraging market insights to bring new ideas to the table. The ideal candidate will drive the delivery of best-in-class campaigns, aligned with all planned parameters, in an efficient, effective, compliant, and forward-thinking manner. They will also lead the development and presentation of insightful post-analysis reports, engaging with media partners to expand knowledge of the media landscape and core principles.

The Implementation & Activation team is responsible for planning and activating all media channels and touchpoints, focusing on delivering connected, audience-first client outputs. Our commitment to transparency and accountability drives consistent results, leveraging our exceptional media relationships to stay ahead of emerging opportunities.

Key responsibilities include building on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service, helping develop and present insightful post-analysis reports, and working closely with internal teams and media partners to drive business growth.

You will contribute to great teamwork with a supportive attitude, providing clear guidance and instruction when teaching others. You will oversee the workflow of direct reports, escalating issues swiftly, and motivate and empower direct reports to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.
