Driving Implementation Excellence

Implementation SpecialistAre you a strategic thinker with a passion for implementation and customer success? We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an Implementation Lead.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing and executing plans, working closely with cross-functional teams, and mentoring others to drive business outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to work on complex implementations, develop training materials, and promote platform adoption.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and facilitation skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and a proven ability to develop and deliver training content. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute implementation plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex implementations.
  • Mentor and support Implementation Specialists to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including videos, webinars, and support content.
  • Promote platform adoption and drive business growth through effective communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation or customer success within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies in delivering software or platform implementations.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training content in multiple formats.
  • Experience managing project timelines, resource planning, and stakeholder updates.
  • Confidence in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to advocate for product quality and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with partner/customer onboarding in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Ability to influence and promote platform value to drive adoption and usage.
  • Comfortable mentoring peers and supporting a team-oriented culture.
