Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to manage our retail logistics operations in Eastern Creek, NSW.

About the Role:

  • Effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to provide clear instructions and foster positive relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records related to run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure regular communication with customers to keep them well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or any changes that may impact them.
  • Commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements, including daily compliance tasks such as yard inspections, speed and fatigue audits, and load restraint checks.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in transport logistics, driver or fleet allocation is highly regarded, but not essential – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills – experience with TMS is highly regarded.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Sydney metro.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, remaining organised and efficient.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
