Trade and Logistics Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Trade and Logistics Specialist to join our team in Gregory Hills. As part of our HVAC team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have access to the products they need for their projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing quotes and product information to customers
  • Making deliveries to customers using a company MR Truck
  • Picking, packing, and stocking products
  • Ensuring the branch is tidy and safe
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • A clean valid driver's licence and Medium Rigid licence (or open to upskilling)
