Our organisation is seeking a skilled Transformation Release Manager to join its Digital team. This role involves defining processes and practices for the sustainable delivery of transformational change.

In the Transformation Office, you will collaborate across all streams to optimise the delivery of transformational change to the organisation. Key responsibilities include establishing a Transformation release roadmap, working as a Change Partner, ensuring processes are in place for coordinating dependent releases, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating practices for the safe, traceable delivery of autonomous change.

You will also create practices that enable the optimal delivery of released capability across the organisation, identify opportunities to streamline release processes, enhance automation, and implement best practices to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.

Closely work with QA teams to ensure adequate testing of releases, validating that all functional and non-functional requirements are met before deployment, and manage development, testing, and production environments to ensure alignment with release schedules and version control.

To be successful, you must have demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, strong understanding of software development, deployment methodologies, and version control systems, excellent organisation and delivery management skills, experience in risk management and problem-solving within a technical environment, solid understanding of ITIL v4 processes and change management principles, familiarity with Agile development methodologies, detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and precision, and relevant certifications such as ITIL, Scrum, or Agile.
