The Performance Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing business direction through robust forecast management and data-led insights.

As a Performance Manager, you will be at the heart of driving growth and progress across various stakeholders. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will enable you to provide timely and well-informed recommendations, crucial for moving the business forward.

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative individual with experience in fast-paced environments, handling large and complex data sets. Your ability to present findings effectively to senior stakeholders, combined with your passion for OTT Streaming, will make you an ideal fit for this role.

You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Data Intelligence, and Group teams to ensure alignment on shared value and growth targets. Your self-starter attitude, coupled with excellent communication skills, will enable you to identify trends, issues, and challenges, and respond positively to change and ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead on in-quarter forecast management across customer and product sales targets
  • Support the weekly UK exec trading cycle with specific trading deliverables, including performance variances to original forecast, mid-week projections, and closing the trading week
  • Identify and review risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis for both customer and product growth; develop in-quarter recovery and go-faster plans with the various teams to hit targets
Requirements:
  • An analytical and data insight background with a passion for OTT Streaming (Tableau experience or equivalent essential)
  • Highly numerate and analytical combined with excellent communication skills to present findings in written, PowerPoint, spreadsheet, and verbal format to senior stakeholders
  • Experience in fast-paced work environments with large & complex data sets, delivering quick decision making that is commercially sensible and simple to understand
