Residential Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Residential Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our QLD Residential team, including creating service agreements, managing office supplies, and coordinating site maintenance.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Residential Services staff to ensure the smooth operation of our services. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure will make you an asset to our team.
You will be required to create electronic records for new referrals, maintain confidentiality of program participants, and provide secretariat support for meetings. You will also be responsible for tracking irregular supports and participating in risk management activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Cert III in Business Administration or similar qualification
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
- Experience providing administration support to a team ideally within a health-related service
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS
- Ability to manage communications and information with a range of stakeholders
