Senior Project Manager Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, experience in project management, and a strong understanding of contracts, contract administration, and design management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines to meet business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, focusing on collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make informed decisions to ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through regular communication and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of project management experience in client-side project management across Defence or Energy projects.
  • Demonstrated recent project experience involving buildings and construction.
  • Leadership skills, including experience working within and managing teams.
  • A strong understanding and proven experience in managing contracts, contract administration, and design management.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
