Front of House Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team as a Team Member. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to guests, ensuring their visit is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and beverages, confidently communicating recommendations to guests.
  • Provide exceptional service, consistently exceeding customer expectations and building a loyal customer base.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential; we offer comprehensive training to ensure success in this role.
  • The initial period of employment will cover weekends, with occasional evening shifts.
