Guest Services Associate

We are seeking a professional and gracious Guest Services Associate to provide exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, seating, and ensuring outstanding service.

  • The ideal candidate will greet and welcome all restaurant guests, providing information about the area and answering questions.
  • They will provide fair and consistent seating of guests, accurately handle paperwork, stock, and tidy the host stand.
  • The Guest Services Associate will receive and record reservations via phone or in person, booking guests accurately based on incoming calls.
  • Additional responsibilities may include taking room service orders, checking floor and tables for accuracy and cleanliness, assisting in bussing tables as needed, packaging and checking out carry-out orders, refilling beverages for servers, and providing information to guests as requested.

Essential qualifications for this role include previous customer service or hospitality experience, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting, effective communication skills, knowledge of or ability to learn the restaurant point-of-sale system and reservation system, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

This is a flexible schedule position that requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
