Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our ICT team as a EUC Engineer. The role focuses on delivering, maintaining, and enhancing end user enabling technologies to support a large and complex enterprise environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), including desktop productivity software, security configurations, and corporate device builds.
  • Administer and support the enterprise messaging and collaboration environment, including Microsoft 365 and Teams.
  • Support and maintain enterprise remote access solutions, such as virtual desktop infrastructure and VPN.
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
  • Manage and optimize automated patching processes across the EUC environment.
  • Provide expert technical advice and represent the team in governance forums.
  • Deliver Level 3 support for complex technical issues escalated from Service Desk and Level 2 teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Windows desktop and mobile device management.
  • Proven expertise in application packaging and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with remote access solutions and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide Level 3 support.
  • Experience in patch management, endpoint security, and compliance.
