Job Description

This is an extraordinary opportunity to work closely with multicultural families and communities in the Northern Territory. The Senior Manager will oversee and lead our diverse portfolio of child, family and community services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with our mission and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop child, family, and community programs
  • Ensure program development, implementation, and evaluation meet organizational standards
  • Manage budgets, resources, and reporting requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Community Services, Psychology, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the social services sector
  • Experience in working with Department of Social Services contracts highly regarded
