Job Opportunity

Hone your production skills in a challenging mining environment as an Ancillary Operator for a world-class lithium operation.


Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy mobile equipment in a hard rock open-cut mining setting.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment and support Load and Haul activities.
  • Maintain expected standards of housekeeping and conduct machinery pre-starts.
  • Operate allocated machine within specifications and site requirements.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities and assist with other tasks.

About You
  • Familiarity with ancillary mining mobile plant: Track Dozers, Wheel Loaders, Graders, Rock Breakers, Excavators, Dump Trucks, and Water Carts.
  • Attention to detail and ability to focus on ore hygiene when operating.
  • Adaptability to work demands and willingness to help others, including operating other machinery and regular hot seating activities.
  • Strong emphasis on safety and best practices within the mining industry.
