**Studio Manager/Customer Service role available.**

We're seeking an organised, friendly and switched on individual to lead our studio operations and manage all online customer services enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written, administrative, communication & customer service skills, with the ability to learn quickly, make decisions and meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all customers
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Follow up all online orders
  • Manage day-to-day customer service and studio management tasks

About You:

  • You'll be highly organised, a great communicator and able to adapt to changing circumstances
  • You'll want to make a positive impact on our business and customers
  • You'll have excellent written, administrative, communication & customer service skills
