Job Title: Hospitality Training Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to manage the daily operations of our training kitchens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of quality training and assessment in a professional and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. They must also be able to work effectively with our team to implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head of Department - Hospitality in implementing policies and procedures
  • Ensuring departmental operations support quality initiatives, student engagement, program delivery, and industry liaison

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality management or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
