Mobile Explosives Plant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Mobile Processing Unit Operator to join our team at the Hope Downs mine site.
- Operate MPUs safely and efficiently to manufacture and deliver bulk explosives directly into blast holes.
- Conduct thorough pre-start inspections and routine maintenance on MPU vehicles and associated equipment.
- Mix and deliver explosives accurately, maintaining precise records of operations.
- Collaborate with blasting teams to load blast holes with precision, adhering to safety and design standards.
- Previous experience operating MPUs or similar equipment in an open-cut mining environment.
- Experience in stock management at reload.
- A strong commitment to a zero-harm culture and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Interest in upskilling with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - with accompanying shift allowance (highly regarded).
