About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Bunbury. In this role, you will provide breakdown, service, and planned maintenance support on construction and mining equipment.

This is a permanent full-time position with long-term job security and opportunities for upskilling with access to the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe operation of plant equipment by conducting regular inspections and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance on mobile plant equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of civil and mining equipment and provide expert technical advice to colleagues.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to improve overall equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless workflow and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mobile plant maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Sound technical knowledge and diagnostic ability with a focus on quality and safety.
