About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Theatre Orderly to join our team at Flinders Medical Centre, working in conjunction with Noarlunga Hospital. As a key member of our Hotel Services division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain equipment and areas according to strict protocols
  • Assist in setting up and operating theatre equipment
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and adhere to quality control procedures
  • Interpret complex instructions and procedures accurately
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues as needed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. An AQF Certificate III relevant to the position is essential, with previous experience in an operating room environment being highly advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $29.70 - $30.07 (WHA4) or $30.39 - $30.70 per hour (WHA5), plus 25% casual loading. You will also receive a weekly salary of $1,128.60 - $1,140.30 (WHA4) or $1,155.00 - $1,166.60 (WHA5).
