Job Description

Respect Victoria is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Strategic Impact. This executive position will lead the organization's strategy, policy, and prevention efforts at a statewide level, including the Ballarat Community Saturation Model.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a team of professionals to achieve the organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy development, prevention, and leadership, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments, local government, and non-government organizations
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve the organization's goals
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the organization's mission
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public policy, social work, or business administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a government or non-profit organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
