Job Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from their digital advertising journey. Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement an ongoing customer engagement program that drives accelerated customer growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and roll out a comprehensive customer engagement strategy for the News Connect marketing intelligence platform.
  • Establish deep customer understanding by analyzing customer needs, requirements, and expectations to drive profitable growth.
  • Assess the user journey to ensure our approach targets the most valuable customers.
  • Drive activation and retention of customers on the News Connect platform through strategic initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to the Data Product team to inform customer-centric product development.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive customer satisfaction across the customer's organisation.
  • Implement strategies to increase retention amongst our digital advertiser base.

We are seeking a strategic thinker who can translate concerns and issues into actionable implications and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, with the ability to build targeted approaches to customer engagement and relationship management.

  • A proven track record in media sales relationship management, with a deep understanding of what motivates media agencies and advertising clients.
  • An advocate for the customer, championing customer needs and insights throughout the business.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to drive multiple stakeholders to a solution within required timeframes.
  • Proactive approach, with a capability to determine what our clients need before they do.
  • Expert knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, our competitive set, and our client base.
