We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our portfolio management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Oversee daily end-to-end portfolio management, including arrears and maintenance/reinspections
  2. Clients: Build strong relationships with clients, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Assistant Property Managers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  4. Knowledge and Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders
  5. Liaison: Communicate effectively with owners, tenants, and tradesmen to ensure smooth transactions and resolution of issues
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Queensland Real Estate Registration
  2. Several years of experience in property management
  3. A reliable car and current driver's license
  4. A self-starting attitude and ambitious team player mindset
