Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Restocking and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors.
  • Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for.
  • Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till.
  • Addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor area at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school (Year 12) education or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience with Point of Sale (POS) software.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Work authorisation in Australia.
