Job Overview

As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to visual merchandising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with purchases and answering questions about products
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing merchandise
  • Collaborate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging product layouts
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale (POS) software
  • Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance indicators

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably with POS software
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to work
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working towards sales targets and performance indicators
  • Customer service experience
  • Point of Sale (POS) software experience
  • Availability to work irregular hours
