Customer Service and Administration Role
The position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the legal profession and public.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls and emails
- Providing assistance with online lodgement renewals
- Maintaining database records and performing data entry tasks
- Preparing documents for lawyers regarding Certificates of Fitness
- Performing general office duties including mail sorting, scanning, and photocopying
Required skills and qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Administration experience preferably in a legal/regulatory environment
- Database management experience or managing information records
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and proficiency with email, internet, and database applications
- Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to understand and apply policies and regulations
- Competency in managing competing demands prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational planning and prioritization skills
- Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
