Shared Services Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Shared Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the environment by contributing to our mission of repairing our planet through infinite plastic recycling.

The role involves coordinating shared services across office and lab areas, ensuring environments are functional, tidy, and stocked. You will be responsible for onsite day-to-day support, shared resource needs, or local troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shared services across office and lab areas
  • Act as the go-to person for onsite day-to-day support
  • Liaise with senior colleagues to align on services and priorities
  • Coordinate service providers for cleaning, waste management, office upkeep, and onsite deliveries
  • Support general freight, courier bookings, and local delivery logistics across teams
  • Maintain orderly, efficient shared spaces that reflect our collaborative working culture
