Workplace Injury Rehabilitation Coordinator

The primary function of the Return to Work Specialist is to facilitate a seamless return-to-work process for injured employees, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating injury management processes and monitoring rehabilitation progress;
- Developing and implementing individualized return-to-work plans;
- Collaborating with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of workplace injuries.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of workplace injury management principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
