Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for injury prevention.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to develop and implement Return to Work (RTW) plans that meet the needs of all parties involved.
- Design and implement initiatives to support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 + Super.
