Job Opportunity: Bulk Excavation Site Foreman/Site Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing excavation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while leading a team of workers effectively.

  • Oversee and supervise daily bulk excavation operations to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Monitor and manage the work performance of crew members, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure the correct use of machinery and equipment in accordance with project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, materials used, and labor hours.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise on-site and provide solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Extensive experience in bulk excavation projects, with a strong understanding of earthworks, grading, and site preparation.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of excavation machinery and safety equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in construction and safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret project blueprints and technical documents.
