Job Title: Tech Solutions Architect

This role is a great opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and leadership skills in developing solutions that drive business results.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of technical professionals to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. This involves defining, designing, configuring and implementing Hexagon's applications to ensure they are tailored to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing technical strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Leading a team of technical experts to design, develop and implement solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing solutions to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading small teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of cloud technologies, including infrastructure and architecture.
  • Certification in SAFe, Microsoft, Citrix, SQL Server, Oracle or similar databases would be highly regarded.
  • Experience selling, architecting and delivering cloud solutions would be advantageous.
