Retail Sales Support Professional

We are a leading merchandising service provider with extensive experience in retail sales support.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team who will service valued customers across various locations.
In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service, maximize in-store sales opportunities, and foster strong relationships with retail store personnel.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Ordering stock as required
- Replenishing stock
- Reporting on missing stock when necessary
- Tidying up the bay to ensure products are presented neatly
- Taking photos of bays as required
- Answering surveys via online reporting software
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Key qualifications and skills:
- Experience in merchandising is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, trustworthiness, and logical thinking
- A positive and diligent attitude
- A current driver's license, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone
This is a Casual opportunity with a competitive hourly rate. The work schedule includes Monday to Friday, with work location being in-person.
