We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IBM ACE Developer to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. as a Technical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and other related technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Perform systems analysis and design of changes to systems, maintain a working knowledge of tools and software packages used, and undertake relevant research to ensure new software, tools, and techniques align with the Bank's enterprise architecture and standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and peers to refine business requirements and ensure they are met, contribute to the development of the Bank's policies, standards, and guidelines for software development, and lead the identification/breakdown of development components and tasks.
- Technical Leadership: Guide other developers as they work through development decisions, support cross-team collaboration, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Code Development and Testing: Undertake the coding for systems, as well as integration software services, and perform code reviews for other developers, ensuring written unit and integration tests for all developed code follow Bank's standards and maintain test coverage.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) development, IBM MQ, and ESQL, as well as general OOO programming (preferably Java) and/or IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) would be a plus.
- Cloud and Container Technologies: Experience on Docker/Microsoft Azure would be a plus.
- Interest and Experience: Interest and experience in at least one of the following areas: Real-time APIs, integration technologies, DevSecOps, Cloud/container technologies, or Backend application w/database development.
- Soft Skills: Have a curious and accountable mindset, experience in Git and Azure DevOps, and a strong desire to drive solutions for complex problems individually and in a team-based environment.
