We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver expert service and support to our valued customers, ensuring hydraulic systems operate at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to external service requests; perform fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems.
  • Install, commission and test large hydraulic projects, ensuring high-quality standards and system performance.
  • Prepare service quotations and manage documentation (service reports, quality records, customer deliverables).
  • Conduct proactive system analysis and recommend maintenance or modernisation solutions to customers.
  • Identify spare parts and service opportunities to support ongoing customer needs and drive service growth.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery and regular engagement.
Requirements
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
  • Trade qualification as a Hydraulic Fitter (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in field service and/or hydraulic system maintenance
  • Strong hydraulic system knowledge and diagnostic ability
  • High attention to quality, safety and detail
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

This role is suited to a technician with a passion for problem-solving, strong technical ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work independently and as part of a close-knit team, representing clients and building trusted relationships.
