Customer Service Specialist Role

About the Job:

This role involves providing expert advice to customers, working with the team to ensure great customer service is always delivered, and operating as a proud brand ambassador.

The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual who is passionate about service and customer experience, enjoys being around people, and working in a team. They should be flexible with their availability, able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 10kg or more occasionally
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required
