We are seeking a skilled Photocopier Technician to join our team.

As a Photocopier Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing photocopiers, printers and multifunctional office equipment at client locations. Your technical expertise and excellent customer service skills will ensure seamless operation of our clients' devices.

About the Role
  • Installation & Setup: You will deliver, install and configure photocopiers, printers and multifunction devices at client locations. This includes setting up and testing equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Using your technical knowledge, you will diagnose and repair technical issues with photocopiers, printers and multifunctional devices. You may work on-site or in our workshop to resolve these issues.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Regular maintenance and servicing will help prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance of our clients' equipment. This includes routine checks, cleaning and replacing parts as needed.
  • Customer Support: As a key point of contact, you will provide technical support and training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment. This includes answering questions, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Parts & Inventory Management: You will order and replace defective parts as needed while keeping accurate records of inventory usage. This ensures we have the right parts on hand to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Software & Network Integration: You will assist with connecting devices to networks, installing drivers and troubleshooting software-related issues. This requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Documentation: Accurate documentation of each job completed is essential. You will maintain detailed service records, reports and customer feedback to ensure we can improve our services and meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Photocopier Technician or similar technical role.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong knowledge of photocopiers, printers and multifunctional devices.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
