Park and Reserve Attendant

The City of Rockingham boasts a dynamic environment, providing high-quality services, facilities, and events that meet community expectations.

  • Undertake maintenance activities for parks, reserves, and streetscapes with informed technical and operational decisions.
  • Develop and maintain work programs, prepare maintenance schedules, perform landscaping, garden refurbishment, pruning, litter removal, fertilising, mowing, mulching, and general garden/turf maintenance.

Duties include:

  • Safely operate horticultural equipment.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, driven by self-motivation.
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and industry obligations.
  • Possess a 'C' Class driver's license and WHS General Induction for Construction (White Card).

This role offers a gross weekly wage of $1,310 and includes benefits such as superannuation, flexible working arrangements, health and wellbeing programs, salary packaging opportunities, and a culture of learning.
