We're a leading tourism brand with over 300 holiday parks across Australia.

Our Swan Valley park is located in the heart of the region, just 25 minutes from Perth CBD. Take our Food and Wine Trail, covering 150 attractions over 32 kilometres, or indulge in world-class wine, gourmet food, and fresh produce at many locations.

The Role

We're looking for a Park Manager with strong leadership and customer-centric skills, demonstrated experience in hospitality management, and a passion for the holiday park lifestyle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment, management, and leadership of a diverse park team, including administration, housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, customer service, and permanent residents.
  • Team training and development, proactive sales and marketing planning, financial management, revenue maximization, asset management, office administration, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
  • Attending to after-hours call-outs and providing exceptional guest service while achieving revenue targets and managing expenses.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven staff management and development experience.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office, and a good understanding of yield management, contemporary sales and marketing principles, and RMS or similar reservations systems.
  • A current valid driver's license and willingness to live on site, provided with all-inclusive accommodation and utilities as part of your remuneration package.
