Front Desk Receptionist Opportunity

Join our team as a front desk receptionist at Fitness Cartel Australia, a fast-growing brand with exciting career opportunities.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. Your role will involve:

  • Welcoming and greeting members at the front desk and café area
  • Answering calls, addressing queries, and directing members to relevant staff when needed
  • Managing member access, processing purchases, and assisting with class bookings using computer systems
  • Supporting sales of supplements and apparel in the café area
  • Performing café duties, including making coffee and protein shakes

Requirements:

  • Availability throughout December and January, including public holidays (we're open every day except Christmas Day)
  • Previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude, passion for fitness, and eagerness to learn
  • Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work shifts suited to gym operations (shift schedules provided in advance)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
