Project Scheduler Job Opportunity

A key aspect of our business growth is the expansion of our Project and Program Management team. We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to deliver high-quality services and client-side project management expertise across various engineering sectors.

This role offers exposure to diverse regional and remote project locations, providing full concept-completion responsibility on major projects. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that aims to provide clients with comprehensive project management services from conception to completion.

The key responsibilities of this position include preparing and presenting proposals to clients, developing relationships with clients, staff, and suppliers, and working across the project lifecycle from pre-contract to design, construction, delivery, and commissioning.

To excel in this role, you will require experience in civil infrastructure, defence, and/or mining, exceptional communication skills, knowledge of best practice for Planning and Scheduling, and competency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Projects.

We value experience with scheduling design projects, P6 database administration, or understanding of SQL, other scheduling software such as Asta PowerProject, and experience with PowerBI. Additionally, tertiary qualifications in relevant fields are highly valued, along with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and to budget, and knowledge of the current market for consulting services and construction.
