We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead a high-performing team of property business bankers in the Queensland commercial real estate market.

This role involves developing and executing a strategic plan to drive customer growth, revenue targets, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic customer relationship management, pipeline management, prospecting, and acquisition.
  • Financial accountability, including revenue, lending, and deposits.
  • Leadership support for direct reports in skills development, relationship building, and individual business plans.
  • Execution of risk appetite and culture as per our risk guidelines.
  • Influencing across regions to bring our proposition to life and industry specialisation.

Requirements:

  • Significant banking experience in business, private, corporate, or credit, with specialised property finance expertise.
  • Depth and breadth of leadership experience, ideally with functional and professional diversity.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market and broader industry trends.
  • Able to own overall performance, including customer outcomes, financial performance, strategy, execution, operational management, and community expectations.
